All items are handcrafted, and our usual processing time is 7 to 10 business days. For custom or bulk orders, processing may take longer. If you require expedited processing, please contact us in advance to discuss availability and potential fees.
Shipping Time
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will provide you with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
North America: 7-20 business days.
Asia: 5-10 business days.
Other regions: 10-20 business days (depending on the country and customs process).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items in your order. We offer free domestic shipping for orders over 2000$, and competitive international rates.
Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.
Damages or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the original packaging. For lost packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
Unboxing and Returns
Please record a complete unboxing video upon receiving your package. This helps document any issues and assists with after-sales service. Our return policy is 7 days, and the item must be returned in its original condition.
