Refund and Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
    • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • You must provide a complete unboxing video to document the condition of the item upon arrival.
  2. Return Process
    If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
    • Contact us at info@cyberentocraft.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number, photos of the item, and the unboxing video.
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
  3. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@cyberentocraft.com with:
    • Photos of the damage.
    • The unboxing video showing the item’s condition upon receipt.
    • We will either offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Items marked as Final Sale.
  6. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@cyberentocraft.com with the relevant photos and unboxing video.
  7. Shipping for Returns
    You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases of damaged or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
